My children have been going to this office for seven years and I have never had a problem until recently. My daughter's wire broke on her braces at 4:45 in the afternoon, the day before the first day of school. When I called the office, I was told the dentists did not consider a broken wire an emergency and would not come in to fix it. Personally, I do consider it an emergency when there is a wire hanging from my child's mouth poking her to the point it is making her cry. Thankfully one of the wonderful hygienists told us to bring her in and she would see what she could do. The hygienist took care of the problem and actually took the entire wire out. I am grateful for the hygienist but extremely disappointed in the how the dentists handled the situation.

We have been coming to this practice for the last 9 years, and everyone is fantastic, doctors, hygienists and people at the front desk. Bridget, one of the hygienists, is amazing with my son who has a pretty bad gag reflex. He has had procedures done there in addition to regular cleanings and we have never had a bad experience! -M.

I have been bringing my children here for nearly 10 years.. We love everyone in the office. Everyone is so kind and just wonderful 💜

We arrived for our appointment with our little guy and were told we could not be in the room with him to have his cavity filled after specifically discussing this previously. We had declined to have him sedated so we could be in the room with him to alleviate the fear of the dentist. He previously had a mock visit, xrays, a cleaning and we were ready. I arrived and was told I by an assistant that i could not stay in the room. I explained that this had already been agreed to. Dr. Moran didn't even have the decency to come out and talk to me. No apology, no explanation. Basically, this is the way it is regardless of what was previously agreed to. We will not return and will seek a new dentist who holds up to agreements made with patients.

I feel so lucky to have found this pediatric dentist! They've turned something typically dreaded into a calm, easy-to-endure experience for young kids. They meet the kids at their comfort level and stay calm and cheerful through the process. The hygienist got my 4 year-old to stay still for some of his x-rays and a full cleaning. They also managed to clean a few of my 1 1/2 year-olds teeth without getting bitten or totally traumatizing her! Also - my kids think the waiting room is lots of fun! I'd definitely recommend.
